Outage:      ARC-RTU-2   HVAC Repair

Description/Impacts:
Must perform repairs on ARC-RTU-2 : replacing clogged refrigerant filter / drier and adjust refrigerant charge. Unit must be OFF during a portion of this task. *Unit will not cool without repair.
Affects: 7 story office areas-  zone temperatures may drift up during outage - main impact will be upper floors (6th / 7th).
