Description/Impacts:
Remove power from AP-LAB-18 to tie in receptacle power for GiGi's compressor.  This will remove power from the following:

CMTF Exhaust Fan
5-wire receptacle on 3rd level
Black racks 3rd level
Radcon Monitor on exhaust fan
Klystron Receptacle
Possible Pair Pump controls

All 120/208 power on 3rd level

	Bldg 58: Test Lab
