Remove power from the following for meter installation:

97-SB-B3A

This will remove power from Halls ABC and Counting House.  Outage is intended to only run 3/10 from 7AM to 3PM - power restored before COB and 3/11 is reserved for finalizing anything not completed on 3/10.

	Bldg 101: Experimental Hall A
