The following Power Outage has been Proposed:

Description/Impacts:
CMTF cave exhaust fan needs to come on during an ODH event. Fan's amp rating is 19.0 amps, fed from 20-amp breaker. Breaker could be weak/defective. FME will shut down panel AP-LAB-18, replace 3-pole 20a breaker (# 7,9, &11), replace smaller # 12 wire to # 10 thhn from panel to existing motor starter, and terminate wires.  See panel schedule AP-LAB-18, ATLIS-112741, and or PTW 4145 for the affected.
