Description/Impacts:
Remove all normal power from the following buildings. 68, 56, 72, 73.  EM power will not be impacted.  This is to install new electrical meters

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 56: West Arc Service
	Bldg 68: West Arc Service
	Bldg 72: Physics Storage
	Bldg 73: Tractor Shed 2
