Description/Impacts:
Remove all normal power from the following buildings - 39, 63, 49, 23.  Em power will not be impacted.  This is to accommodate new electric meter installations

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 23: Experimental Staging Building
	Bldg 39: East Arc Service
	Bldg 49: East Arc Service
	Bldg 63: East Arc Service
