[FFA_CEBAF_Collab] [EXTERNAL] 650MeV injector with positrons

I made this schematic (slide 2) of how you could get e+ and e- through the single-loop 650MeV injector without having to go on both sides of the linac.  You can stack vertically with verticals splitting dipoles.
