Hello Colleagues, and happy Monday.

Since I didn’t get to present this information on Friday, I thought I’d send it around now so that we can have a more meaningful discussion this coming meeting.

I’ve attached the slides that I was going to present on Friday. It’s full of links to resources that we can use to make a decision on the workflow we can agree upon for our git repository. Most of these are simplified explanations, since there’s many different permutations of all of these workflows. I just wanted to show the basic options. Please click through the slides to learn more.

There’s also a link to a “practice” repository I’ve created and beta tested with Todd a bit. Finally, there’s also a link to a mini poll, so we can vote for which workflow is best for us.

If we could all spend some time going through these resources, checking things out on the “practice” repository, asking questions, etc…, then we can all agree upon (or at least let democracy lead) a decision for our workflow.
