[Frost] Tagger corrections from Butanol

These are the tagger corrections that I have generated using all of
the 2.478 GeV runs, but using only the butanol.  We will have to see
if it is necessary to have separate corrections for the early runs vs
the later runs, but these should suffice for now.  The format of the
file is paddle number then relative correction.  I think this is
standard, but I just want to clear up any confusion.  Let me know if
there are any questions.
