[Frost] Tagger corrections from Butanol

Michael has requested I clarify for everyone what I mean by 'relative
tagger correction'. This is defined as the photon energy after the
kinematic fit minus the measured photon energy divided by the beam
energy, in our case here 2.478 GeV.
Also I've looked into the tagger correction for the different targets
and it definitely looks like we will need separate corrections for the
butanol, though the CH2 and carbon may be combined together. In all
cases the low run (55604-55679) have higher corrections than that for
the high runs (56164-56233). I've included a gzip file of the 9
different corrections (3 targets, three run groups, just the 'lo'
ones, just the 'hi' ones and 'all') for the 2.478 GeV data.
