Hi,
For those of you that don't feel like opening up a root session, I have
taken one of Brian's plots and put it on the web.
The plot is for momentum between 375 and 400 MeV/c and proton angle
between 10 and 20 degrees (momentum and theta are lab frame) can be found
at
http://www.jlab.org/~dugger/g9/g9a/tmp/mvrtp375T15.gif
As Brian stated in his email, this plot uses MVRT and comes from the
reaction "gamma p -> p pi+ pi-".
This plot should be compared to the z-vertex plot I showed for "gamma p ->
p X" at
http://www.jlab.org/~dugger/g9/g9a/tmp/T15-p375.gif
The improvement of the vertex resolution when using MVRT is dramatic.
I'll show some more of this sort of thing tomorrow.
Take care,
Michael
