[Frost] MVRT vs. TBTR

Hi,
The MVRT bank is not doing a better job than TBTR for the z-vertex when
there is a single proton track in the event. In fact, it looks like TBTR
does a slightly better job for these events.
We need to find a better z-vertex than what we currently use for single
charged particle events.
