[Frost] The current cooking problem

I did not find anything obvious. Tried to resubmit and it segfaulted on 
the first event.
Some changes happened since the last successful cooking of runs between 
62723-63580. There were no changes in calibration constants for B=0 runs 
during this period.

1. Sung put lots of new constants for DC_DOCA on April 1.
2. Dennice put some constants for earlier runs
3. Someone (Franz?) rebuilt user_ana on April 14.

Sung, check the constants you put in the database to make sure they are ok.

Whoever changed user_ana: what was the change?
