[Frost] I think updating of constants is ok

Hi, Eugene, Brian

I checked constants I updated in the  calibration Database Query Page ( http://clasweb.jlab.org/cgi-bin/caldb/cq.pl )
I think the update process is ok.

I also checked the cooking history using MYSQL-DATABASE.

In recent history,

  cooking time                             name requested
Apr 05/2011 - Apr 06/2011 : requested by me
Apr 11/2011 - Apr 12/2011 : requested by dennice
Apr 21/2011                        : requested by Brian Vernarski

Actually I requested some runs-cooking at Apr18/2011 and Brian have done.
But that record is not updated on our mysql-database.
I think some changes are happened between Apr 12/2011 and Apr 18/2011.
