Hi All,

Thanks to everyone who provided feedback for my NSTAR proceedings.  I've 
addressed most of the comments and concerns received and put a new draft at;

Two points I haven't quite addressed are the size of figure 3, which 
I've now made as big as I can without exceeding the page limit, and 
comparisons of my presented results with predictions.  The results shown 
at NSTAR were very preliminary and the extraction of observables (and 
the required dilution) not mature enough to warrant comparison with 
theory and previous data.  I'm only just reaching that stage now, having 
needed a few more weeks since the conference to refine the techniques 
and produce better results.

I'll be submitting the proceedings at some point today, unless some 
glaring omission or mistake is pointed out beforehand.
