[Frost] Some weird things are happened in runs cooked after pass0v2

Sungkyun,
please check the corresponding histogram files in
/work/clas/clasg9/g9frost/pass0/v2/AnaHistFiles
(histograms SEB/mn46 (where m=superlayer, n=sector)
and you see that the fits show reasonable values .... If you use a script
to get the fit values from these (or similar) histograms, you should have
a good information on the resolution (CSQL contains info for SEB/mn46 as
well).
If you are using trk_mon(lite), then you need the TBLA banks, which are
not in the cooked files. Therefore you only got default values.
