[Frost] FROST pass0_v5

Hi all,
Sorry for the unbelievably long delay, but I was on vacation for a few
weeks and the farm was incredibly slow anyways. However, pass0_v5 is
finally finished (!!!) and looks quite nice. Please take a look at the
monitoring pages.

Please compare to pass0_v4, it looks much better.

Also, please take a look at individual runs as well. This time, I used
extension file A11 to check the quality of calibrations, especially
tagger, since it usually drifts during an individual run. To compare
results to pass0_v4, you should use extension file A07.

I hope that there will not be much more to fix and the final pass can be
done soon.
