[Frost] Double-Pion Photoproduction abstract for DNP 2013 meeting

Dear Volker and Eugene,

I can certainly add the exact observables into the title; we have P_z, I^odot, P^odot_x, P^odot_y, P^c_z, and P^s_z.  I can shrink the list to four symbols.  It looks a bit awkward, but gives the desired precision.
