[G12] x64 latest svn update

I've removed the kludge and addressed some pointer address confusion for
x64 integers.  This seems to fix the problem on my build.  I'm still
worried that since the kludge didn't work for Paul, maybe more pointer
addresses might be tangled.  Anyway, I've committed the changes so far to
svn.  With the latest build, I'm finding all the banks I expect to find
with a1c built on both x86 and x64 (with -m64) systems.  I'm uploading the
bos output now to the working directory Johann specified.
