[G12] Momentum corrections

 Hi All,

 You can find the momentum correction codes and the parameters at:
http://www.jlab.org/~heghines/g12_momcor/
 The mom_cor.f includes the correction functions. The cor_f2c.cc is the
wrap-up of the fortran code in c++. It includes a small commented example
of how the momentum and the theta angle are corrected for a particular
event. The mom_c[0] gives the corrected momentum and mom_c[1] gives the
corrected theta angle.
 The g11 eloss must be applied to data before the momentum correction.
