[G12] gsim and calib_user.RunIndexg12

Hi folks,
    I have copied constants from run 56855 to runs 1-10 for use with 
gsim. This process was not at all easy, especially for something that I 
imagine is done for every rungroup, so perhaps I have made a colossal 
error. In that spirit, I saved the output from all commands I ran and 
also all the subsystems that failed to make it into the run index for 
runs 1-10.

However, if everyone uses calib_user.RunIndexg12 for their MC from here 
on, we should be able to at least debug knowing we're using the same 
sets of constants. You can check on your favorite set of constants on 
the CalDB query page:
