[G12] gsim and calib_user.RunIndexg12

Meh, it seems like the whole writing all the constants from 56855 to 
runs 1 and 10 was a bad idea. I've restored RunIndexg12 back to its 
original state. My apologies if I ruined anyone's monte carlo.
