[G12] gsim MAGSCALE and Xi(1321) status

Hi guys,
So I have been using the runIndex from the timestamp below but with
different MAGSCALE values in the ffread file. This is before Craig made his
changes (yesterday) to the runIndex which broke gsim/a1c reconstruction.

export CLAS_CALDB_TIME='2010-03-01 00:00:00'

here are the results. Statistical error on masses are all about +/- 0.0005 :

MAGSCALE    Xi Mass     Lambda Mass
0.502             1.3362        1.1155
0.500             1.3301        1.1157
0.498             1.3237        1.1152
0.496             1.3170        1.1154


PDG gives:

Xi Mass:   1.3213
Lambda:   1.1157

Extrapolating on the Xi mass gives a MAGSCALE of 0.4973
