[G12] Plot of the BEC_Factor for the Beam 4-vectors

Hi Eugene,

Since one plot is based on runs and the other on dates, it's a little complicated to be able to track these changes. So we are trying to get both of these in tabular format and maybe overlay them in a manner so we can make a proper evaluation.  

The page to get all this information from :

http://clasweb.jlab.org/cgi-bin/epics_history/epics.pl

doesn't work too well. Craig found a way around to get the graphs but we still cannot figure out how to get the data we want in a tabular format.

The links to look for these scripts does not work. If you know where they are, can you please point us to it?
