[G12] Plot of the BEC_Factor for the Beam 4-vectors

Yes, they are in a different scale. However, the general trend looks
similar.
Instead of pulling out beam energy form the slow control archive you can
extract it form the data files. Epics events have this information. You
can grab the first file of each run and extract this information from
the EPIC bank.
