[G12] dc efficiency

Thanks Mukesh,

I do not think the run index is the cause. I changed nothing pertaining to the DC.

I would like to see other members phi distribution.

On a side note, Google defines an adult as: " A person who is fully grown or developed" neither of which "the adult of g12" is. Better try next time.
