[G12] Lepton Trigger

Greetings,

To follow up on today's G12 meeting, Michael Paolone asked me to analyze 
when the lepton trigger.

When I model the trigger using ST, SC, EC, and CC hits in the sequence 
defined by the trigger configuration, the lepton trigger bit 6 
efficiency rises from ~85% to 95.4%. See attached figured.

I would now assume that a 4.6% normalization is now needed for the 
cross-section?
