For the EC, I believe the planes were all symmetric.  For the PCAL (i.e. CLAS12), the planes are asymmetric, but that doesn't affect g12.

 From last meeting, it was speculated by Ibrahim that the U, V, and W layers of the EC were asymmetric. See page 2 of https://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/g7/wiki/images/3/36/Iha_EC_study.pdf

However after reading the NIM on the EC, the wording suggests that each U,V, and W plane were made identical.

Could someone please clear this issue? The reason it needs to be cleared is to properly program EC knockouts from dead strips.
