[G12] EC Dimensions

Greetings,

Thank you Ken, this is what I believed.
I have talked with Moskov, who is first author of the EC NIM, and he 
stated that the EC geometry is symmetric in U,V, and W. Therefore the 
study in which Ibrahim presented has flaws and should be worked out.
