[G12] My multiple beam photon study

Just to add a bit to this discussion,
I ran through a single file from g12 and got a global picture of tagger-hit
pairs where the RF-corrected times were within 1 ns (i.e. same
beam-bucket). Lots of interesting features though I don't know if we can
really get anything out of it.

Just to reiterated: the plots show *all* pairs of tagger hits within each
event where the RF-corrected time is within 1 ns. I took all events from
all 5 skims associated with a specific raw output file (57200.A00). This is
independent of any topology.

Both plots are the same data with different binning.
