[G12] response to g12 group review (2nd round comments), and what could be approved

Attached is the response that we agreed to send to Eugene tomorrow (Tuesday).

If you have not read the documents and prior comments/response, this is the ONE you should read. Please send your comments, (or better yet, modify the response) to me by tomorrow 5pm, so I can send it out. If there is mistakes, incorrect statements, please let me know.

A few things to keep in mind,
1. Several plots will be changed due to technical details. The overall message doesn’t change. If we don’t get the new plots by tomorrow, we will send the response out as it is.
2. If we agree with the response as a group, I will modify the notes accordingly. There were a couple of mistakes addressed in the response but not yet changed in the notes.
3. We need Johann to write a paragraph on the momentum correction since  he derived it. If I don’t hear from him by tomorrow, I will write something up. If anyone else wants to volunteer for that, you will be more than welcome.
4. Let’s get this done ASAP so we can move on to the individual analysis reviews and publications. We are well positioned now to be abel to publish many exciting results as a group.

If somehow you did not follow exactly the procedures in your analysis, you would have to follow it (it’s not hard!), or you might be left alone trying to defend it.
