[G12] updated G12 note

Greetings G12,

I have made a minor edit to the g12 analysis note. The flux uncertainty 
did not have the unit %, so I added it, compiled it and linked it.
Will's edits on the BEAM setting in ffread are compile.
I also edited the compile_mac macro, so now it should find biber from 
the local tex build.
I added the report.pdf to the GitHub repo. I thought it was time since 
the note is complete.....?.
