[G12] Note corrected for missing procedures fore g12 corrections

Greetings G12,

A G12 apparition emailed me last night and noted that the correction 
scripts for g12 seemed out of place.
I update our svn, my svn and the clasdoc_g12 on github to have the all 
included g12_corrections.hpp script.
I have updated the note to reflect this.
Please have a look.
I had to add the tof knockout prescription for the script in the note as 
it was not there.
