[G12] Checklist for G12 analyses

Hi, MK,

Thanks for the template. I suggest that we explicitly state that “The following procedures common for most g12 analyses have been approved by the g12 procedure review committee [ref]”. And instead of grouping the procedures into “XSection related”, “polarization related” and “lepton related”, and could instead list all of them, and provide three check boxes: Yes, No, N/A. What do you think?
