[G12] Analysis note and draft of the paper for 3pi PWA

Hello g12ers.

We are ready to proceed with publishing the results
of the Aristeidis's PWA for the g p -> 3pi n channel.
We intend to submit it to PRL. Please find the

to this list. I'm not sure how long the discussion period
within the g12 group should last before asking for the formation
of the CLAS review committee. It would be great if we
receive your remarks in the next couple of weeks.
