[G12] Analysis note and draft of the paper for 3pi PWA

Dear all,

I propose to use the following text as a preamble to the checklist
table. It is only a small change but makes - in my opinion - all the
difference when the manuscript is exposed to non-g12 CLAS members:

> The following procedures have been approved by the g12 procedure
> review committee and are found in the g12 analysis procedures
> manuscript~\cite{g12note}.
> Checking the ''yes" boxes below, means that the analysis is in
> accordance with the respective g12 analysis procedures. If a procedure
> in the analysis is not performed in accordance, the box ''no" is
> checked and a separate analysis note on the procedure is required. If
> a procedure in the g12 analysis note is not applicable to the
> analysis, the box ''N/A" should be checked.
