[G12] g12 publication authorship recommendation

Eugene,

I think you have a misunderstanding on the intent of the g12 recommendation.  There is no new category and what is recommended does follow the existing collaboration rules for authorship. The CLAS bylaws state:  "The lead authors, however, will be listed first, in an order of their choosing.”  The g12 group recommendation is in regards to the lead author list and its ordering.  Keep in mind that this is our commonly discussed recommendation.   The Bylaws also state that “The list of lead authors will be reviewed by the relevant PWG. "
