[g13] meeting on Tuesday

Let's have a g13 meeting as usual on Tuesday at 11:00 AM (EST) in F226 
(note special location for this day).

We have three items on the agenda.
1. Chuck will present his work on ST timewalks.
2. Paul will discuss efficiencies.
3. Edwin will show sigma- reconstruction in simulated data.
