[g13] Time-walk constants

Everyone,

Here are the plots for the time-walk constants, using Daria/Mukesh's code:

It is separated 3 slides per sector, where the first and second slide are
both time-walk fit results using new g13 constants vs the g12 constants;
the first slide was cooked with g11 constants in place and the second with
g12. The third slide is the results with the new g13 constants vs the g11
constants previously used. It was cooked with g12 constants.

>From this we should be able to see, that the choice of time-walk constants
before cooking have virtually no affect on the distribution. However it
does  have a significant difference to the fit curve.
