[g13] g13a resubmissions

Hi All,
I had a look at the results of cooking 53300_A00 - everything seems to 
be in order and compares well with 53333 - a main calibration reference run.

One minor problem was that the skims were not copied to /work/clasg13 
because of a missing directory under v3. I've fixed that.

I've resubmitted the remaining g13a runs - total of about 3200 files.

I will be on holiday and out of touch next week.
