[g13] ST Monitoring

To anyone interested,

I did a monitoring of the start counter for the new cooked files. I posted
the results here:

I think you will see that some of the paddles do exceed 0.1 ns, but this
is only consistent within the run. From run to run it varies a bit which
ones are exceeding 0.1.
