Hello Everyone,

Below is the list of banks that was used for v2 and v3 cooking. I tried 
to go back and compile the requests and comments people had, but it was 
too complicated to trace back the history. I would thus like to ask you 
if you could read through the list below, and add a mark after the banks 
you think you will need, either for your own analysis, calibration, or 
some other purpose. If there is a bank that you would like to have but 
which is not on the list, or a specific bank that you think should be 
removed, please add that too and send me the list. I will then try to 
compile a list from the replies.
