Hi Slava,
The information for all the runs is available in a run table which is on
the wiki at
http://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/g13/wiki/images/a/a5/G13_allruns.txt

The linearly polarized beamtime started at run 54000. You can use the
info in this table to make up separate runlists for PARA, PERP and AMO,
and also to separate into different lists based on the nominal coherent
peak position (eg. 1.3GeV, 1.5GeV etc)

If you need to use the table in your analysis, a root class to read a
generalized table of that form is described at
http://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/g9/wiki/index.php/Rootbeer%2C_including_eloss_and_ExpTable

As far as the polarization is concerned the current state is described here:
http://www.jlab.org/ccc/mail_archives/EXPERIMENTS/g13/CURRENT/msg01026.html

http://www.jlab.org/ccc/mail_archives/EXPERIMENTS/g13/CURRENT/msg01045.html

I'd suggest just using the mean polarizations for each of the coherent
peak positions at the moment.

I'm currently working improved tables for all the linearly polarized
beamtimes, and a corresponding CLAS note which will describe how they
are derived, how to use them, systematric errors etc. I hope that will
be done withing the next few weeks.

Cheers,
Ken
