[g13] Pass 2v0 A01 files done. Please check

Hi All,

The cooking job for all the A01 files finished yesterday at  lunchtime. 
Based on that it should take less than 60 days to do the whole of pass2.

Please look at the monitoring plots carefully.
I can personally handle the cooking and monitoring for now, but have no 
time to work on calibrations.

Its particularly important to look in detail at the subsystems in the 
anamon hists. Eg. I've already noticed a few places where the tagger 
needs recalibrated, or constants have not been propogated over certain runs.

Before next week's meeting we need to identify runs / ranges where there 
is a problem and recalibrate if required.
