[g13] Pass 2v0 A01 files done. Please check

For the start counter, it looks like most of the work needs to be done
between 54010 up to 54042. I can adjust those after any changes on the
Tagger are made. If this could be done before this weekend, I could try to
speed through adjustments before Monday.
