[g13] Pass 2v0 A01 files done. Please check

Hi Chuck,
Thanks for looking at that. It looks like there are several holes in the 
tagger there too, but it looks like the 1st actual linear pol file 
cooked is about 54042. So we might not need to worry about these runs 
for now.
