The plots for TOF are now in my public_html.

Runs 54*.gif shows how TOF looks before the fit. Runs 54*_rckd shows how
the recooked files look like. There is little improvement for runs 54042
up to 54080, but you can see improvement in paddle alignment from 54090 up
to 54173. For run 54736 and 54743 the alignment shows a shift away from
zero, but the sign is different both for the old constants and the new
ones. I will go back to the old constants for this range (54733 to 54751)
and get some other files to see if I things can be improved.

To summarize, the beginning of g13b looks OK, except for those bad paddles
I mentioned in the previous email. The small range of runs 54733 to 54751
do not look OK after the calibration, so the old constants will remain
until this is fixed.
