[g13] on the TOF

EC calibration should be fine for these run ranges, but I wouldn't  
mind looking at the A00's during the re-cook.

After 2 iterations I got more or less well aligned paddles for run  
ranges
54162 to 54172, and 54733 to 54751.
*_rck.gif means recooked and *_rerck.gif means the second iteration.

The biggest improvement is on 54743 (the run I used to calibrate the run
range), which went from +1 ns to -1 ns and finally closer to 0.
