[g13] on the TOF

Hello, I finally managed to get an improvement on those run ranges of g13b
that were messed up. Go to my public_html

After 2 iterations I got more or less well aligned paddles for run ranges
54162 to 54172, and 54733 to 54751.
*_rck.gif means recooked and *_rerck.gif means the second iteration.

The biggest improvement is on 54743 (the run I used to calibrate the run
range), which went from +1 ns to -1 ns and finally closer to 0.
