[g13] meeting on Tuesday

Everyone,

I looked at the ST again today. Not sure if you already discussed this in
the meeting today. Though most of the runs for g13 are less than 0.1,
there appears to be a range of runs where several of the 4th paddles in
each sector are somewhat off (3, 16, 20, 24). I will look into this offset
for this range (roughly 53550 to 53680).

Also looks like the monitoring histogram's scales are off for the proton
in sectors 3, 5 and 6.
